Wacky's Model Citizen Award

Let me present the First Award Given to Wacky... The MODEL CITIZEN of E- City or English City for the month of July.

I bet he got that award because he can speak English fluently. Actually, that's the only language that he knows although he can understand some Filipino.

I'm expecting more awards for Wacky...I know he's a great kid, he study his lesson hard, he's well mannered and he have the initiative to learn.

We made a deal at the start of the school year that if he manage to get a medal or if he maintains his academics I will buy him the PSP that his been wishing. Gotta save money now!
